Co-operative Advertising
   
     
Mario Industries, Inc. accrues Co-operative Advertising dollars as follows:
•  5% of all purchases paid within terms.
 
PERTINENTS:
 
 
1. All Co-op dollars must be used within six calendar months of calendar month accrued.

2. Mario Industries, Inc. authorized Logo or Signage must be prominently displayed, along with Mario Ind. product,  in order for ad to be considered for Co-op funding.

3. Mario Industries, Inc. Co-op advertising claim form must be submitted with appropriate proof of advertising materials and proof of advertising cost.

4. Co-op claims are limited to the following maximums:

A. 50% of cost of Mario Industries, Inc portion of ad.
B. Co-op account balance.

5.Co-op dollars are accrued upon applicable invoice remittance.

6. Co-op advertising claims can only be honored while account is current.

7.Payment of approved Co-op claim will be on terms of Net 60 days, beginning with date of claim.
 
 
 
 
   
 
  ELIGIBILITY:
   
  1. This Co-op program is applicable to accounts in good standing only.

2. Mario Industries, Inc. reserves the right to exclude and/or remove from this program any account not considered to be in good standing.
   
  PROGRAM TERMINATION:
   
  Mario Industries, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this program at any time with 90-day notice.
   
  AD PRODUCTION
   
  Mario Industries, Inc. will gladly produce an electronic print ad at no charge.
